Mr Bong Chan is a Partner for Clients, Industries and Markets, an also an Audit Partner and Southern China Leader of Centralized Business Development at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in China.
Bong has more than 20 years of professional experience providing audit services to listed companies, large multinational companies and large mainland enterprises in a wide range of industries such as technology, media and telecommunications, manufacturing and property development. He has also led a number of cross-border IPOs and special audit engagements.
Bong has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, Australia. He is currently a Councillor of CPA Australia – Greater China.
Michael joined Gobi in 2003, and is based in Shanghai, where he focuses on smart hardware, e-learning, innovative finance as well as enterprise cloud service sectors. Michael has over 12 years of experience in venture capital and has led numerous investments incl. PICOOC, iKair, Cloudwise, Gokuai, Teambition, iGrow and Quark Finance. He is a partner on the Gobi Yingzhi Fund of RMB 410 million, for which he led the fundraising effort in 2011. Michael graduated from Donghua University in Shanghai with a B.A. in Computer Automation.
Thomson Cheng is the President of Walton Brown, an all-channel retail platform working with international multi-brand and mono-brand retailers to build and grow their businesses across Greater China. Walton Brown is a company of The Lane Crawford Joyce Group, Asia's premier fashion retail and brand management group, together with iconic luxury department store Lane Crawford, cutting edge fashion boutique Joyce, and fashion footwear, bags and accessories specialist Pedder Group and Asia’s leading retail, brand management and distribution company ImagineX Group. Mr. Cheng is also the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of MyMM E-Commerce Limited.
Under the leadership of Mr. Cheng, Walton Brown currently manages Juicy Couture, kate spade new york and Brooks Brothers businesses across Greater China. The Company also operates the chain of premium shopping malls as Maison Mode in Changsha and Urumqi, and the value retailing business Times Outlets in Chengdu and Changsha.
Walton Brown has also established a strategic joint venture, MyMM E-Commerce Limited, in partnership with Wharf and eCommerce technology company eCargo and launched a built-for-China social mobile commerce platform called MyMM in March 2017.
Prior to his appointment as President of Walton Brown in December 2014, Mr. Cheng had been the Managing Director of ImagineX Group for over a decade and spearheaded its expansion in the China market. Mr. Cheng has over 25 years of experience in the luxury retail industry. He previously worked with the A.S Watson Group and Fairton International Group.
Mr. Cheng currently serves as Chairman of the Hong Kong Retail Management Association, the city’s largest and most representative retail organisation, Committee Member and Technical Advisor of the Hong Kong Brand Development Council, Member of the Quality Tourism Services Sub-Committee of the Hong Kong Tourism Board, Board Member of GS1 Hong Kong, Member of the Retail Industry Training Advisory Committee and Member of the Wholesale and Retail Task Force of the Business Facilitation Advisory Committee.
Mr. Cheng holds a Master of Business Administration from the State University of New York and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston. Mr. Cheng is also a Chartered Accountant of England & Wales, and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) of Hong Kong.
Mr. Haley Chow has 6+ years in Private Equity and Corporate M&A experience in Asia-Pacific regions. Currently in charge of Cyberport Macro Fund focusing on early-stage TMT investments.
Raymond Wong, Head of Investment, Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP), manages the HKSTP Corporate Venture Fund and investment & business support teams. He has extensive financial services experience in capital investment, portfolio management, mergers and acquisition as well as strategic investment across different sectors in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to HKSTP, Raymond was the Principal in HPEF Capital Partners which is an ex-HSBC private equity firm. Previously, he had software development experience at IBM Laboratory in Toronto, Canada.
Raymond obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Science (Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing) from University of Toronto and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Columbia Business School, New York.

Mr. Jing Yin oversees the largest business portfolios of Tmall* since late 2016. Prior to that, Jing was the President of Tmall Consumer Electronics (3C) & Home Appliances Business Unit. In this role he emphasized on supporting global brands to expand into China by leveraging Alibaba’s resources to make world-renowned electronics products easily accessible to Chinese consumers.
Under Jing’s leadership, the Tmall 3C & Home Appliances Business Unit hit a record gross merchandise volume (GMV) of RMB 30+ billion during Tmall’s flagship 11.11 sales event in 2016. He has also spearheaded the introduction of the WWW Supply Chain Model which ensures Tmall customers receive on-time delivery of oversized home appliances.
Jing joined Alibaba Group in 2013. Prior to that, he served as Head of Supply Chain of Amazon Web Services (AWS), Amazon.com cloud computing business unit based in Seattle, Washington USA.
Jing received his bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from George Fox University and holds a master's degree in International Business Administration specialized in Global Supply Chain Management from Portland State University. Jing was a member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineer (IEEE). Jing was the Vice President of Program, and a member of the Advisory Council for Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals Association (CSCMP)

Aimone Ripa di Meana, is Regional Chief Marketplace Officer and Co-Founder of Lazada Group based in Singapore. He has been with Lazada Group since June 2012.
Aimone leads the marketplace function across seven seller markets including Indonesia (www.lazada.co.id), Malaysia (www.lazada.com.my), the Philippines (www.lazada.com.ph), Singapore (www.lazada.sg), Thailand (www.lazada.co.th), Vietnam (www.lazada.vn) and Crossborder in Hong Kong.

He started his career with Lazada Group as Managing Director and Co-Founder of Lazada Thailand. Prior to joining Lazada Group, Aimone worked for McKinsey & Company in Milan and London.
Aimone graduated with a first-class honors in International Relations MA from St Andrews University and holds an MPA in Public Policy and Administration from the London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE).
